Commercial Services: Project Procedure
A. Initial Contact:
When you contact LP-Design with a project request, a consequential response is issued by us for your review/consideration. This response will generally include further information, advice, a quotation, and/or questions for client clarification.
B. Project Acceptance:
Should you wish to proceed with the project, simply remit an authority to proceed (i.e. official written notice for us to proceed with the design) by email, as well as any required clarification.
C. Authority to Proceed Acceptance:
LP-Design will then reply via email to you officially accepting the project, marking the start of the design period (D. and E. as follows).
D. Supply of Concept/Mockup(s):
After receiving sufficient information from you, we will begin creating your unique & tailored design. If the directions are not firm, we generally provide at least one concept to begin with as a tangible starting point, and with your feedback on this, the direction of design is made more clear. We continue with the supply of mockups and concepts until you are happy with the direction of the design.
E. Revisions process:
Once a concept/mockup is chosen by you, we then work on fine-tuning and finalising the design. It is quite natural to go through a few rounds of revisions so that the final files are perfect.
F. Delivery:
When you are completely happy with the design, and once payment has been received, the final master files will be forwarded to you either via email, download or FTP.
