FAQs
What is a freelance graphic designer?
A graphic designer is a professional who creates a visual representation of an idea or concept.
A freelance graphic designer provides such services on a project-by-project basis.

What types of design do you do?
LP-Design offers many different graphic design services for print and/or web: some are listed here on our What We Offer page.
As well as commercial works in our portfolio, you can see some of Linda's art here in her Personal Gallery.
Alternatively, if you have a project in mind, please contact us anytime to see if we're able to help you out with it.

Do you also design websites?
Website design to some extent is part of the service we provide.
We are able to design basic websites that have no need for complex programming.
We can also design the basic visual components of a website, which an appointed web programmer can then add functionality to.
In many cases we can also make changes to (especially content and graphic-wise, or to the basic visual components of) existing websites; in which case your FTP details will be required.

Do you provide domain registration and web hosting?
If you require a website, you will need to register a domain name and organise hosting prior to the design phase with LP-Design.
This way you will be sure to have full control over both these things; meaning that management (updates, payments etc) can directly be made by you.
Although we do not personally offer hosting, we like our web host so much (Kangaweb Technologies) that we simply recommend it for all our clients who are in need of this service.
This is because we can attest to the fact that this host offers a lot more flexibility, features and reliability than others in its affordable price range.

What is your privacy policy?
Any personal information that you may share with LP-Design, including email addresses and FTP details, is kept absolutely private and will never be sold or shared with any other company or agency.
